I have developed many friendships that started when a customer contacted me and asked for my help to find a piece of real estate or their dream home.

It seems that every friendship that has developed through a real estate transaction is based on some sense of trust. My friends have developed a trust of my ability to put their best interest first. If you don’t trust the Realtor you’re working with you should consider a change.

The start of trust happens when you know you’re working with someone who cares and is highly trained. I’m a licensed Arizona real estate agent located in Mesa and member of the National Association of Realtors®.

I began my involvement in real estate as an investor in 1989. That is nearly 22 years ago and long before terms like distressed property & short sale were part of our vocabulary.

I have always believed in adapting to a changing market to be positioned to make the best deal you can. Accomplishing this requires a deep commitment to learning. Therefore I have taken the training necessary to achieve the following designations:

- National Association of Realtors Short Sale Foreclosure Resource (SFR)

- Harris Real Estate University Certified Distressed Property Designation (CDPD), Luxury Distressed property Designation (LDPD), Accredited Shortsale Designation (ASD), Certified Home Affordable Foreclosure Alternative Specialist (HAFA), REO Specialist Designation (RSD), CBS Certified BPO Specialist (CBS)

- Titanium Solutions Home Resource Consultant Designation (HRC)

- Zillow Preferred Agent

I currently reside in the city of Mesa where I have lived the last 6 years. My primary cities include Mesa, Gilbert & Chandler but I conduct a considerable amount of my real estate business is in the cities of Scottsdale, Tempe, Queen Creek, Apache Junction, San Tan Valley & East Phoenix.  Further I provide real estate services in/to all the west valley cities as well.

I hold membership in the following associations as they have set elevated standards of conduct for real estate professionals:

- National Association of Realtors (NAR)

- National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP)

- South East Valley Regional Association of Realtors (SEVRAR)

- Mesa Chamber of Commerce

- Business By Referral (BBR)

- Christian Business Networking (CBN)

- Leads By Example

I look forward to serving you and hopefully becoming a friend.
